  1. Thaw turkey in the cooler two days before use.
  2. To build sandwiches, place sandwich bread on parchment paper lined prep table.
  3. In assembly line fashion, spread one ounce of guacamole on each slice of bread.
  4. Place one ounce of lettuce, two slices of tomatoes, four slices of turkey, one slice of cheese, and two slices of bacon on each slice of bread.
  5. Top all sandwiches with the second slice of bread.
