Make lunchtime extra special with this Italian-inspired skillet dish. It features delicious turkey meatballs resting on a bed of pasta, cheese and alfredo sauce–all baked to crispy perfection.

  1. Preheat oven and braising pan to 375 degrees.
  2. Place Turkey on lined sheet pans and bake for 8-10 minutes. Product must reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees for 15 seconds. Transfer to 2" half long steamtable pans, cover and place in warming cabinet until service.
  3. Heat Alfredo Sauce in steamer 20-30 minutes. Product must reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees for 15 seconds
  4. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 4 1/2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  5. Combine ramen noodles and Alfredo Sauce together. Stir mixture to distribute evenly.
  6. Spray 2" hotel pans with pan coating spray. Divide ramen noodles and Alfredo Sauce mixture evenly into prepared pans. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly between the pans.
  7. Place pans in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Product must reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees for 15 seconds.
  8. Serve: 1 cup of Alfredo Ramen with 3 Turkey Meatballs. Garnish with fresh basil.
