Ramen gets the Italian treatment with a fun twist on spaghetti and meatballs. Students will look forward to this hearty dish with baked mozzarella bubbling on top!

  1. Preheat oven and braising pan to 375 degrees.
  2. Heat Turkey Spaghetti Sauce in steamer or braising pan for 30-45 minutes. Product must reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees for 15 seconds
  3. Cook ramen noodles in boiling water for 4 1/2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  4. Combine ramen noodles and Turkey Spaghetti Sauce together. Stir mixture to distribute evenly.
  5. Spray 4" hotel pans with pan coating spray. Divide mixture evenly into prepared pans.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly between the pans.
  7. Place pans in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Product must reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees for 15 seconds
  8. Garnish with fresh basil.
  9. Serve: 1 ½ cups
