Citrus-Herb Turkey Ciabatta

Your sandwich menu just got a little zestier. Layer turkey breast on toasted ciabatta with lemon-basil aioli, roasted cherry tomatoes and arugula.

Ingredients

Lemon-Basil Aioli (1 cup)

Packed cup basil, finely chopped

Zest of 1 lemon + 2 tbsp. lemon juice

garlic (small)

1 tbsp.

extra-virgin olive oil

  1. 1. Whisk ingredients together and chill for 30 min.

cherry tomatoes

1 tbsp.

olive oil

¼ tsp.

Directions

  1. 1. Toss cherry tomatoes, olive oil and salt. Roast at 400°F for 12–15 min until blistered.

Ciabatta roll, split; brush cut sides with olive oil and lightly grill

  1. 1. Spread aioli on both sides. Layer arugula, fan the thick-cut turkey, spoon on tomatoes. Close and press lightly.
