    For the Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Heat turkey spaghetti sauce over medium heat until temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
  2. Cook spaghetti in boiling water for seven to nine minutes and drain.
  3. Assemble the spaghetti sauce over pasta as follows:
    a. Place 4 oz. of cooked whole wheat spaghetti in a bowl
    b. Add 4.92 oz. of Turkey Spaghetti Sauce.
    c. Top with 1 tbsp. each parmesan cheese and chopped basil.
  4. For the Salad

  1. Place 1 c. chopped romaine lettuce in a bowl.
  2. Top with ¼ c. each halved cherry tomatoes and quartered cucumber.
  3. Serve with salad dressing packet of choice.
