Roasted turkey slices are sandwiched between ciabatta bread spread with cranberry sauce and seasoned cream cheese, and then grilled to perfection for a warm and wonderful sandwich special.

Roast Turkey Panino

Roasted Turkey Breast

Cream cheese

Ciabatta, focaccia or sourdough bread
2 tbsp.
Whole cranberry sauce
3 slice(s)
Red onion

Directions
- 1. Spread the cranberry sauce on the top slice of bread and the cream cheese on the inside of the bottom slice.
- 2. Layer the slices of roasted turkey and red onion on top of the cream cheese; sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
- 3. Prepare a grill with cooking spray and put the sandwich together. Grill for 4–6 minutes, until golden brown on each side.
- 4. Cut in half and serve.
