    Cook Turkey Burgers

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. From Frozen: Space frozen turkey burgers onto sheet pans lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F or minimum temperature requirements per local health department. From Thawed: Space thawed turkey burgers onto sheet pans lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F or minimum temperature requirements per local health department. Note: 24 burgers fit onto one full sheet pan.
  3. Warm Hamburger Buns

  1. Place buns on sheet pans. Line with heat proof bags and place in the warmer for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  3. Bake Fries

  1. Spread frozen fries (about 5 lb per full sheet pan) evenly on sheet pans. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and turn fries. Place back in the oven and cook for 13-15 minutes. Do not overcook as the ends will burn.
  2. Build Burgers

  1. Place turkey burger on each bottom hamburger bun. Top with ½ oz wt (1 fl oz spoodle) cheese. Top cheese with ½ cup (4 fl oz spoodle) sweet potato fries. Serve 2 Tbsp (#30 scoop) on the side or drizzle over the top of fries. Hold at 140° F or higher.
  2. Serve: 1 burger.
