green onion, white and green parts finely chopped

fresh lime juice

large butter or Boston bibb lettuce leaves

Sweet Potato Fries for serving, optional

Directions

  1. 1. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce. Set aside.
  2. 2. In a medium bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, and green onion. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Whisk in the oil. Toss the cabbage slaw with the dressing. Set aside.
  3. 3. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Grill burgers for 3 to 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Brush turkey burgers with sweet chili sauce for the last 1 minute of grilling.
  4. 4. To assemble, place a lettuce leaf on a plate. Drizzle with Sriracha mayo and top with cabbage slaw. Garnish with cilantro leaves and roasted peanuts. Serve with sweet potato fries on the side, if desired.
