  1. Chop Bacon: Remove bacon from packaging. Place on cutting board in stacks of 6-8. Dice bacon. CCP: Hold at 40 °F or lower.
  2. Season Refried Beans: Add refried beans to a mixer. Mix in taco seasoning. Blend until smooth. CCP: Hold at 40 °F or lower.
  3. Build Cups: In each 12 oz clear plastic cup add 0.75 oz (#24 packed scoop) diced turkey bacon to the bottom of cup. Top with 2 Tbsp (1 fl oz spoodle) diced tomatoes, ¼ cup (#16 scoop) seasoned refried beans, 2 Tbsp (#30 scoop) sour cream, 0.75 oz (#24 packed scoop) diced turkey bacon, 2 Tbsp (#30 scoop) salsa, 0.5 oz (1 fl oz spoodle) cheese, 2 Tbsp (1 fl oz spoodle) green onions, and 1 Tbsp cilantro. CCP: Hold at 40 °F or lower.
  4. Serve: 1 cup with 2 oz (2 oz eq grain) whole grain tortilla chips.
