  1. Thaw turkey tenderloin medallions under refrigeration 2 days in advance.
  2. Slice cucumbers and cut celery into small sticks.
  3. Portion 6 oz spoodle (3.6 oz) of turkey medallions into the bento tray.
  4. Arrange Cheez-It crackers (I package per box), ½ cup of fruit, ¼ cup of carrots, 1/8 cup of celery, 1/8 cup of cucumber slices, and I oz ranch dressing into individual compartments of the tray.
  5. Cover tray and refrigerate until service. Serve cold.
