  1. Cook noodles in boiling water for 4 1/2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  2. Cook Turkey Spaghetti sauce per manufacturer instructions.
  3. Transfer product into 4" shotgun pans.
  4. To serve: Place one cup of Ra men noodles in a bowl, top with 5 oz of Turkey Spaghetti sauce.

Record time and internal temperature of product when received on daily log. CORRECTIVE ACTION HOT FOOD All cooked food items being held for service that drop below 140 degrees must be removed from service until such time as they are reheated to 165 degrees. Any food not eaten after reheating must be discarded.
