Breakfast meets lunch in this sweet and savory combo! Maple waffles sandwich a turkey sausage patty and cheddar cheese, served warm and ready to fuel the day.

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place Waffles in warming cabinet 10 minutes prior to assembly
  3. Place sausage patties on lined sheet pans. Bake 12-15 minutes. Product must reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees for 15 seconds.
  4. Transfer turkey sausage into 2" shotgun pans. Cover and place in warmer.
  5. Take waffles out of warmer and cut them in half.
  6. Assemble sandwiches in assembly line fashion by placing one sausage patty on bottom half of waffle, one slice of cheese on top of sausage patty, and finish by covering with the top half of the waffle.
  7. Arrange assembled turkey sausage sandwiches in 2" hotel pans or 2" shotgun pans. Cover and place in warmer until ready for service.
