  1. Preheat oven to 375° F. Cook sausage links for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Cook french fries according to manufacturer’s direction.
  3. To build burritos, place a ½ cup of french fries, 3 sausage links, and 2 tbsp./1 oz. spoodle (½ oz. weight) cheese in the center of each tortilla. Wrap into a burrito or fold into a quesadilla. Place in a single layer on sheet pans lined with parchment paper, and cover with foil. Heat in oven until temperature reaches 165° F.
  4. Serve 1 each with optional ketchup, sriracha ketchup, or salsa (not included in nutrient analysis).

CCP: Heat sausage to 165° F or higher for 15 seconds and hold at 140° F or higher. Hold heated burritos at 140° F or higher.
