  1. Thaw turkey in refrigerator for 4-5 days before use.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. To prepare sloppy joe turkey, begin by lining a full 4-in steam table pan with a full 4-inch perforated pan. Place three turkey roasts and juices in steam table pans. Using gloved hands, shred turkey removing any fatty pieces. Divide seasonings based on the number of roasts used. Stir in sloppy Joe seasoning, dehydrated onions, granulated garlic, bell peppers, tomato paste, yellow mustard, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir. Place back in the oven and heat for 30 more minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Drain excess juices by removing the perforated pan; this prevent the buns from getting soggy.
  5. To serve, place one #20 scoop (~1.9 oz.) of sloppy joe seasoned turkey on each slider bun.
  6. Serve 2 slider buns per serving.

CCP: Heat turkey to 165° F or higher for 15 seconds. Hold at 140° F or higher.
