Directions

  1. 1. Sear sausage patties
  2. 2. Make polenta with chicken stock
  3. 3. Fry Egg
  4. 4. Heat up garlic tomato sauce
  5. 5. To plate, pour tomato sauce then top with polenta
  6. 5. Crumble patty and rim the plate, top with fried egg and garnish with shaved Parmesan cheese
  7. 6. Season to taste
