Directions
- 1. Sear sausage patties
- 2. Make polenta with chicken stock
- 3. Fry Egg
- 4. Heat up garlic tomato sauce
- 5. To plate, pour tomato sauce then top with polenta
- 5. Crumble patty and rim the plate, top with fried egg and garnish with shaved Parmesan cheese
- 6. Season to taste
