  1. Preheat kettle or braising pan to 350 degrees.
  2. Place chicken base, water, onions, carrots, celery, and turkey into the kettle or braising pan. Stir and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Add ginger, soy sauce, pepper, and orange juice. Mix well and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour soup into 4" shotgun pans and hold for service.
