  1. Thaw sausage patties in cooler two days before preparation.
  2. Chop sausage with pastry scraper or a knife. Place chopped pieces in a single layer on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
  3. Cook potato rounds according to manufacturer's directions.
  4. Heat or prepare turkey gravy according to manufacturer's directions.
  5. Place ½ cup of crispy potato rounds in the bottom of a serving bowl or boat. Top with 2 oz. spoodle (1.14 oz. weight) packed turkey sausage pieces, 2 oz. spoodle (1 oz. weight) cheese, and #16 scoop (¼ cup) gravy.
