Texas Pete Hot Sauce

2 8-oz. pkg.

Cream cheese, softened

½ cup(s)

Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing

½ cup(s)

Jack Cheese, shredded

½ cup(s)

Ro-tel tomatoes

½ cup(s)

Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Non-stick cooking spray

Tortilla chips and celery sticks for dipping


  1. 1. Combine the turkey and hot sauce in a stainless steel bowl. Blend well.
  2. 2. Blend in the cream cheese and ranch dressing, and fold in ½ cup Jack cheese and Ro-tel tomatoes.
  3. 3. Spray an 8” x 8” baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. 4. Pour turkey and cheese mixture into baking dish.
  5. 5. Top with ½ cup Cheddar cheese.
  6. 6. Bake at 325°F for 20–30 minutes. Dip will be golden brown on top and 165°F on the inside.
  7. 7. Serve with chips and celery sticks.
