Ingredients

Turkey French Dip Sandwich

1 ea.

Turkey Breast Filet, grilled, sliced on the bias into 4 pieces

1 ea.

French bread, 6 inches long, or French roll, 6 inches long, warmed and crisped in the oven

3 tbsp.

Horseradish Cream

1 ½ oz.

Caramelized onions, grilled

1 ½ oz.

Provolone, sliced

3 oz.

Turkey gravy, for serving

Directions

  1. 1. Slice and open the French bread/roll (leave it hinged). Spread both cut sides with the Horseradish Cream.
  2. 2. Arrange the sliced turkey breast filet on the bottom portion of the bread/roll.
  3. 3. Top with the hot caramelized onions and lay the cheese over the onions.
  4. 4. Place the open sandwich under a salamander to melt the cheese.
  5. 5. Close the sandwich, cut it in half and serve with turkey gravy in a ramekin on the side.

Fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. 1. Combine the ingredients and blend well.
  2. 2. Refrigerate for 1 hour before using.
